Idag så har jag mycket att fixa med samt en tur in till Uppsala för ett möte på AF där efter så brukar jag vara helt slut så det får bli lite påladdning på Waynes coffeee för att träffa mina fantastiska väninnor.
Imorgon så måste jag ner till vårdcentralen för att ta blodprover som läkarn tyckte samt jag la in om önskemål om vilka prover som skulle tas. Vården är helkass på att hjälpa och hantera oss som har utmattningssyndrom. Speciellt de på vårdcentralerna för de är inte speciellt kunniga i hur vi har det eller ger oss goda råd. Han säger vad vill du ha hjälp med, vad kan vi göra?
Hmm det är väl läkarvården som ska hjälpa oss och inte fråga patienten. De vill bara ge oss antidepressiva och ber oss att gå till en kurator eller typ psykolog. OMG de har inget vettigt att komma med alls. Problemet är inte att vi har för låga serotonin nivåer, när ska de förstå bättre och ge en mera adekvat hjälp.
